OK, I'll bite ...
I think that there's a case that Frederick is (among) the best leader(s) for a Space win in Warlords;
As ParadigmShifter has noted, Philosophical can bounce you towards Liberalism pretty quickly, after which point the value of lightbulbing has to be questioned at least a little. But quick build Universities > Oxford should not be sneezed at.
Organised is a late game 'passive' bonus when empire management is often pretty pricey, and you want to direct your commercial efforts to research as much as practicable.
The Panzer UU is a pretty respectable unit. Unfortunately the timing isn't often great, and while Industrialism is a required technology, it's not a prerequisite for Rocketry, so it's likely that you'll prioritise it a bit later. It depends if you prefer your German anti-Tank efforts to come from Panzers or Gunships.
The Unique Building (Warlords) in Assembly Plant is however I think on par with Russia's Research Institutes as real pluses for this type of win (unless you have the misfortune of no Coal!). Like the Panzer, the Assembly Plant pushes you down the middle of the technology tree which is not the fastest way to the Apollo Program, but if you choose this pathway you'll have your bases well covered with raw productivity and a diverse range of Modern units rather than bouncing between the top and bottom branches to get to Rocketry first and then back-tracking your way through Assembly Line and Industrialism.
You might stand a better chance than most in popping a few Great Engineers given the Assembly Plant + Philosophical that can be burned on late-game WoWs such as The Three Gorges Dam or preferably The Space Elevator.
So there you go - one perspective!
Then again, there's the case for the Roman leaders because 'Praets ownz'
