What new achievements do you think will be in G&K, and how many? Some basic maths from my end:

On average, we have 15 Achievements per DLC (Civ & Scenario) So, we'll assume that on average, 14 Achievements per scenario:

3 scenarios, 3x14= 42

9 civilizations, "Win As achievements" = 9

Religious and Espionage achievements, estimate 15 each
Other features, 10?

EDIT: As per Louis XXIV's suggestion, each civilization has had a 'Do ___ as ___' achievement added, 9 more:

42
09
30
10
09
100

There should be two per civ. One "win as" and one "do this with." For example, 5 golden ages with Persia or building a Longhouse with the Iroquois.

Fair point. It could go either way. 100 even is a good number to shoot for, though.

So now we just need the speculation as to what the achievements actually are.

What we know:

(Unnamed)
Win as the Dutch

(Unnamed)
Win as Carthage

(Unnamed)
Win as Maya

(Unnamed)
Win as the Celts

(Unnamed)
Win as Byzantium

(Unnamed x4)
Win as Unknown Civilization 6,7,8,9

Likely
Found Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Confucianism, etc.

Win a Religious victory?

Dutch: Improve x tiles with their unique thing in the same city (just like the Iroquois/or similar to Aztec one if it includes a building).

Maya: Be the first to discover Calender (just like Horse Riding as Russia).

So much for the uncreative ones.

Byzantiums likely will have to do something with their religious UA.

Celts: Build all your(/5) cities in a game near a forest tile.
(reason for assumption here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=11268194&postcount=20)

Could this thread be used to post suggestions for new achievements?
If so I would like-
Sword of Islam: Win a religious victory as the Arabs.
Shaman King: As Mongolia, convert to Tengriism.
Low Countries: As the Netherlands, settle a city near 4 marsh tiles.

Low Countries: As the Netherlands, settle a city near 4 marsh tiles.

I was very worried when I read this. Somehow I suddenly was afraid that they might have given the Netherlands AI a strong tendency to settle new cities on 1-tile islands. It might be even worse than with current civs (most notably: Napoleon).

Hahaha... maybe that is what the Boldness value does (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=409062) along with a high value on their Expansion flavor (Napoleon has 9 on Boldness (which is not really known of what it does) and 8 for Expansion).

"There can be only one"
Win domination victory with the Celts :D

I would doubt they would have that little ammount of achievements for the expansion, and so soon. So, what are these for, and will we be seeing a DLC before the expansion?

And yet, their names are ACHIEVEMENT_XP1_##_NAME

I wonder. XP obviously means expansion pack, but 23 seems like so few. Maybe they've only finalized some and those were released, or maybe it's a mistake like that beta patch that was released for testing and then rolled back?

9 civs, 3 scenarios is 12. Is it possible to only have 11 more? Things like found a religion, plant a spy, perform some kind of mission.

It's possible, but I agree that there are plenty of logical achievements that you would be barred from having if they only have 23. Things like "build X with the Dutch" or "win X victory condition with the Mayans" that they had for all the vanilla civs.

Wouldn't it be a bit early for achievements for the XP? Spring hasn't even started yet.
Also it are so few?

On the other hand, as said, XP does probably stand for eXpansion Pack.

Maybe another erroneous upload meant for QA?

But I can think of numerous other possible achievements.
what about espionage, spreading a religion, and all the other little achievements they are likely to offer?
This makes me skeptical.
