My read is that only one needs a CB, not clear if it has to be the initiator.Something still unclear with the new Joint War. Do both parties need a CB, or only the initiator?

But what would his agenda be?Normally I may agree; but big personality Civ VI is ripe for Napoleon!
Have modern army? Experienced army? I dunno. But what would his agenda be?
That's the problem with warmongers--it's hard to find good agendas for them when other warmongers already have similar ones in the game.Have modern army? Experienced army? I dunno.
Btw. I think the game like agenda where leader would like you if you conquer a lot of cities. A good agenda for Alexander the Great or Genghis Khan. However, Alexander is Gorgo 2.0 and Genghis cares only about horses for some reason.
Typically, around 1 pm Firaxis time (eastern U.S.), although some early vanilla patches were in the evening.Around what time "tomorrow" has the word "tomorrow" indicated in the past?

I'm taking it to mean next month, until I see the file downloading.
I am waiting to see hard evidence of this.
- Addressed audio issues with large and mod-expanded map sizes - Finally !!!

You won't see evidence of it, because the evidence is that it doesn't happen, which means you can never be certain.
That's good to hear. Are you running any Mods? For anyone worried about any negative effects on a game in progress, I didn't notice any.
I was getting near a SV in a game as Mongolia (diety, fractal, standard size map & speed) and stopped it at around 3:30 pm EDT. And by that I mean I quicksaved the game and exited to the desktop.
When I restarted Civ 6 at around 4:00 pm EDT, the patch automatically downloaded. When it finished restarting I went to the menu after single player and clicked resume game. Picked up exactly where I left off and I finished the game with no problems.
And it did seem that the patch had been applied in my ongoing game because there was a different font/look to the pop-up window where you make era dedications.

Just going to quote myself from reddit:
Also, can't believe they buffed Public Transport
But what would his agenda be?
