POLAND
The Polish schools and libraries endorsed by the Emperor really paid off. Not only were the Polish people themselves smarter, but people from all over Europe and beyond traveled to Poland to expand their own knowledge, which, in turn, increased the overall intelligence of the Poles, too. With foreign immigrants and visitors came knowledge of foreign language as well. Polish scholars quickly learned how to speak and recognize other languages.
Unfortunately, the new news wasn't all fine and dandy. The Huns broke an NAP that was signed years ago and invaded Poland. Luckily, the Polish Army has better training and is more numerous than that of the Huns but the fact that they have enough economy to spare to increase and improve their military - a factor that could swing the war against Poland. That cannot be allowed to happen for obvious reasons.

We are still willing to have peace at pre-war borders. But this is the first and last time we will make this offer for immediate peace, so consider your answer carefully, for next time we ask, we will demand much more than just getting our land back.
To ARC:
How about we extend our relationship into a full MPP? The MPP would not include wars that we are in at the moment, of course, but it would include any future wars.
To Babylon:
How about we begin a friendly relationship with an NAP? Also, how much do you want for Iron Age?

Send the vast majority of the army against the Huns. Have them push the Huns back to the pre-war border but only to the pre-war border. Once that is done, have all these troops fan out across the ENTIRE pre-war border and make sure that there are no further Hun incursions.
Fortify the entire western border once the Huns are pushed out. Be on high alert for more Hun invasions, of course.
Keep the educational and intellectual sources open for all foreigners except for Huns.

If you surrender, Samarkand will have full citizenship and have rights as a province in the Babylonian empire. If you do not, it will be a conquered and occupied land.

Two other generals who have since joined Nebekanezer came up with reports from home. The counsil had nothing else to do, but to aprove the actions taken by him. Nebekanezer smiled at that. Of course they had nothing else to do. Old fools lost their control, and now they are trying to keep at least an impression of importance. No matter. He will deal with them later, when he gets home. Now his new army, equiped with iron swords and shields looks to the falling capital of Samarkland. He will wait two more days, and if he hears not back from the enemy he will order a charge, and the city will fall to him, there is no doubt about that.

Did you mean Sri Lanka? If so, we just meant an individual DPP, solely between Singhapor and Sri Lanka. Also, Sri Lanka's policy is to treat DPPs ahead of NAPs. We will side with the person being attacked no matter what if we have a DPP with them (unless there is a world war, and that would put Sri Lanka at war with both sides.
