The Protoss/Zerg hybrids will definitely be in the game, but I very much doubt that they'll be a playable race.

It would just be zerg......protoess warp in there buldings from somewhere else, so the hybrid wouldnt be able to use them, and the units of protoss are all using machines with pilots, so they would be the same as the normal protoss units, there not really a whole lot to combine, at least not for a whole race.
