Starting and command button problem

First I'm creating my own mod and all is working and ok, but one day its decide to don't want to open they said error please send the report or cancel, and the only thing I know its do that when I put my Unitinfos in his folder. The second question his about the command button I've found that they have a paradrop button I've add it to the command list, the button appear in the game but I don't know how to make it realize a paradrop...
