Finally, can you create a personality for your leader or does it have to kinda follow the standard one Civ has ?

As far as roleplaying, you will be allowed to create your own personality, however character traits will not be modified.

I am only interested if we start a pitboss game, since a normal PBEM takes to long a time and are to vunerable when people are quitting.
Although even PitBoss has its downside with the timer lagging etc...
