The Astrakhan Agreement

1. The Tsar of All Russia, Great Kniaz Peter IV hereby grants the state of Turkmenistan full autonomy. This state shall henseforth be tied to Russia by an alliance, but will have full sovereinty.
2. The Head of Turkmenistan will be appointed by the Tsar of Russia from now on.
3. The city of Turkmenbachi as well as all land on the Caspian Coast to the North of it will remain as part of Russian Empire.
4. 750,000 Turkmen Soldiers will enter the service of the Russian Empirial Army, but will remain the Turkmenbachi unless needed somewhere else.
5. The Tsar of Russia swears to protect Turkmenistan from all threats, and Turkmenistan swears to aid Russia whenever its help is needed.

The Disciples of Luther are appalled at the language used by the king of France.

That is not the type of behavior a leader should show his people, especially with impressionable young believers around. Lutherans are called to make a pilgrimage to Germany and organize a new nation around a more pious leader.

In the mean time, Lutherans will not be thought less of if they forget to pay their taxes, as long as they still support ministry.

The disciples of Luther wish to nominate their own brother Maynard as a potential new leader, however it is up to the German People and ultimately God who they want in power.
