Government Reforms
1. Each province will have a governor appointed by the Emperor every 5 years.
2. The Empire will be organized in to the below provinces:
Red for Greece, yellow for Crimea, Orange for Cyprus, Blue for Eastern Anatolia, that wierd color for Anatolia, and dark brown for Macedonia and Thrace, and green for Constantinople.
3. Each province will have a senator elected by the people to the Byzantine House of Lords.
4. Another representative will be sent to the Byzantine House of Commons which 1 representative will equal 5 thousand citizens.
Military Reforms
1. All soldiers in the army must have at LEAST 1 months training.
2. All soldiers must be able to know how to use a sword, bow, spear, and shield.
3. The soldiers will ALL be paid in coins, not land or titles.
4. The soldiers will swear an oath of allegiance to the Emperor, not their General.
Economic Reforms
1. Tariffs are to be lowered all over the Empire to encourage trade.
2. Try to produce enough silk to ruin the silk road's trade
3. Raise taxes on nobles by 1 percent on all luxury goods
Social Reforms
1. Freedom of worship, speech, and quill
2. Jews and Muslims are now officially encouraged to settle in the Empire
3. There will be no special taxes on any non Christians
4. Stop persecution from now on
