Still unplayable for me

I am stuck at turn 240. It keeps crashing when I try to get pass this turn. I try auto saves prior to this turn but it still keeps crashing at this turn. Here is what event viewer says. Module fault at cvgamecoredllfinal release.dll. Every crash entry says this module is faulting.

Please attach the savegame, so that other people can see if it also crashes for them.
And the exact exception text could be helpful (...er...not sure, but could).

I tried to do this but I can't find a saved game in my saved folder, weird, even though I do have a saved game.

Sadly, this is a generic exception, it just tells us that something in the basic code is going wrong, but it doesn't tell us what exactly .
We'll have to hope that the devs can fix it.

For the savegame: Did you maybe save your games in the steam cloud?

Got the same issue but reinstalled directX from the game folder and that fixed it but got a new error regarding ntdll.dll
