OOC Jason, are you doing orders for NPC countries? Cause my country is now NPC and seems like they have been foggoten... I don't think about rejoining if all NPC are weaker because you don't do with them anything every turn (not even growing army or economy)

Today President Jackson has outlined a new plan to re establish the Pacific millitary as the best in the world.
Extensive training programm will now be under taken. Using millitary advisors from China, Pacifica plans to remake the millitary. The New generals with in the Pacifica Millitary have promised the President that they will see great improvements in the army and navy.
In other News the President has decided to build a World Wonder in Japan. This will be a great temple where both Japanese and Koreans can come and worship. It will be one of the largest temples in the world. It is hoped that this will increase the overall culture of Pacifica.
The President has also taken the demostrations of the Japanese into consideration and has apointed a new governor for Japan, and he will be a Japanese man that is highly loyal to the nation of Pacifica.
Also using the extra money from the loss of 500,000 millitary men, the government will not be setting up Public University System where all people of Pacifica, Koreans and Japanese a like can come and get a low cost 4 year degree.
Orders:
Start Training the millitary, use millitary Adivisor from China
Start World Wonder in Japan, Temple of Japan.
Start Public University System. make sure that it is one of the best university systems in the world. Make the tution for Japanese and Koreans low coast.
