The Romans were about to enter a time of peace. The economy would grow, and Rome would stop fighting wars.

The kitami were destroyed, crushed under the power of Japanese military and its advanced weapons. This brought the new form of government to power, the ruler thought it was the best time to establish a body of Government that fit the ever growing millitary power. He dubed it the name of "The Shogun Millitary Regime" Some of its basic articles and writings went as so:
1) For women it is standard to have 4 or more offspring
2) At least 2 of these offsprings will be taken at birth to be trained as Samuri and in the art of the Ninja
3) All soliders would be required to train in the fighting arts in dojos throughout the land.
4) All men were required to to take basic military training even if they did not join the military.
5) All who served in the army were given land in exchange for there efforts
more articles were to be added as time went on......
This new form of governtment would take money to bring to power, lucky for him imports and exports from China were nearly complete. The resource of silk would give the economy the boost it needed.

I know it's your country and all...But being a Ninjutsu master I gotta correct this...Ninja's and Samurai were constantly at eachother's throat...It would be impossible for these 2 to work together as Ninja's were rebels against Samurai.And if they were to be with the Samurai...It wouldn't be like the actual ninja's because the Daimyo's and Shogun would fear themselves getting assassinated bye what they created...Really in making ninja's you're setting yourself up for a foreign power to assassinate you with your own men
