The Empire was in blossom. THe armies of the Shang had spread the Emperors rule far over the known world. The great of Hong Kong was under way as to be completed in roughly 300 years. The policy of giving lands to the pasents had pay off and new towns and villages were supporting up all around the empire. The Army was to begin to build roads between all the new farming towns and the captial and Hong Kong.
Orders:
Use the army to help the towns grow by helping to build ditchs, plow fields etc.
The Army is to begin connecting the new villages with the Captial.
Encourage unemlpoyed city dewllers to move to the country and start farms

China...Wielder of the Mandate of Heaven, had discovered an area with horses superior to even the Tartar's horses! An expedition will be sent immeaditely to gain these valuable horse for the Empire. Then they would return with the horses, but some would even go farther west. To find new lands and peoples to trade, and bargin. Some of the royal court however, disagreed, China was after all, the center of the world, others should send ambassadors to CHina, not the other way around! The Hokkaido's invasion of Choson, or better known as Korea. This cannot be tolerated in the future, as the CHinese now must face their greatest enemy yet, the Tartars of the Steppes...

I sent my orders in, and I need to know if you can get a t leas tone- hopefully 2 upadtes in betwen now and the 12th of this month- i would consider it a vast personal favor if you could update at least that often, as i would like to get my self in a more favorbale economic position to be in "long standing orders" to prepare for any event while I ma away (assumign that I cannot get access to the internet)
also- when exactley would Minoa, and the nations of Perisa and Assyria have contact with eachother?

Tigur-Naplash II knew fear. Anyone else would have been ecstatic with triumph with the first news, and will be relieved at the second. For Tigur-Naplash, however, both these news had much good and bad, and for him personally, both news were bad.
The first? Sharkhon and his son Ekkran have defeated the Bactrians. What's good? Bactrians are no more a threat. What's bad? Sharkhon's popularity is now higher then the sky. And Tigur-Naplash II knew he cannot do anything about it. The second? Ottarkh has returned from India, he told that Aryans are fighting the locals - Dravidians - over the rich land of India, which can only be matched by Mesopatamia, and which was much bigger anyway. What's good? Aryans are tied up, and if they win, they will be content with their realm. What's bad? The nobles won't have any of letting Aryans overrun fellow civilized people. Oh yes, thought Tigur. Naradak forbid some brooding barbarians overrun civilized nations, that's our job. Okay, actually the nobles just wanted some more war. Well, decided Tigur, they won't have that. We won't attack the Aryans, we will rather wait and see what they do.
That was his last mistake.

- Have 100 men build a road between Ashur and Babylon (weren't we supposed to have built a road between Ashur and Nineveh two-three turns ago?).
- Have 400 men attack the Bedouins. Find out their tactics.

Fear not. Our spy has come back, and said that India is indeed a much better land then the parts of ours that they know. It should be more then enough for the Aryans. Yes, maybe you can build a wall, but I think we should just wait out, and in the meantime grow army. I think that eventually, either the Indians beat the Aryans, and then they will not be that much of a threat, either Aryans will conquer the Indians and be content with it, either they will attack us after that, and by then we shall have a large enough an army. So fear not.

@Das- Dacia submitted to barbaism, Minoas offical stance was that the warlords shoudl join either Minoa, or Thrace, and minoa activlly persued a diplomatic campaign- it just happens that AA included it under Minoa's "conquests"
that said, all I'm looking for is some more trade partners
if I wanted vast expanses of land, i would have kept kush, as it is, my reason for expanding in europe is to reach the danube andrhine, which are good natural markers for the halt of Minoan expansion in that area the midlle east is far too much trouble then its worth (besides, I'm not a land hungrey tyrant in ths game, I'm just lookign to ensure peace and stablity for me and my allies, of which anyone can become
