We propose a military alliance between us all. Word of Naradak must be protected! We also propose RoP between all of us. We will also share contacts with all the people we encounter.
Orders:
- Continue missionary efforts EVERYWHERE. Remember two things - Naradak favors warriors, thus the barbaric nations like Scythia are unlikely to be very rejective to it. And when a cult is persecuted, it's members become martyrs - when it is not persecuted, it becomes widespread.
- Grow army twice.
- Continue wonder (3/5).
- Grant RoP to Persia, Armenia and Hatti.
- Share contacts with Persia, Armenia and Hatti.
- Send scholars abroad, to study the foreing sciences. Encourage the studying of mathematics, philosophy and medicine at home.
- Change government to Theocratic Monarchy. The king rules with advice and consent of the priests, who speak for all the Naradakist gods.

why exactley do you rebel- you have been, and woudl continue to be treated fairlly- your homland , or at least a fair portion of it,is about to come unde enllightend Minoan rule anyway, and it would be by far to your economic benifit to re-seed your selves to Minoa
however, we have come up with an offer- Minoa wants its land in carthage back- but if the Phoenicians truelly wish to have a a self ruled homland, we will help you establish one in the currentlly un claimed area of Numidia- the new nation will be named after a name for the region, marutuania
these are some conditions-

how about we promise not to completelly cut you off from the outside world? after all, your sea trade routs will prosper only at minoas whim- unfair demands are not pleasing- remember, you are still currentlly Minoan citizens in revolt- at as such, only a hair thin line seperates the orders to leave you be from the orders to ahnilate the province.
