I already told you that Old Worlders and New Worlders have no contact with each other, and neither would a civilization located in Sub-Saharan Africa, that is too far south. There are CZ zones for a reason.
If you were to pick an NPC, or create a traditonal MesoAmerican Nation, or a West African one, then I would put your stats up. But not what you suggested earlier, sorry.
