650 AD The old man had fought bravely. He was surprisingly skilled for man who spent his life building cottages. He wielded an Iron sword, a weapon much different from the arrows that were the trademark of a Keshik. And the scars on Blastoids arms would remind him to never take lightly this old mans way of fighting. But In the end the old Khan was two slow to kill his successor, and now Blastoid was the new Khan. It was his turn to live in the gilded tent that PVBLIVS had built.
Khan Blastoid sips warm liquor from his ivory cup and starts to contemplate his own reign. How would it end? The same way as the last Khan, killed by a stranger only because he is old, his children butchered just as he had butchered the old Khans children. Such a way was a waste, a waste of old but experienced warriors that though they could not hold a sword, could train one. A new way must be found.
But first orders were to send the long waiting refugees in Turfan east to settle the barbaric lands that were once Egyptian. A column of Keshick was ordered north to see what the enemy was doing and to explore the mysterious Russian lands beyond.

After seven long days and the deaths of one clan leader and several guards, Those remaining came out with a new law for the succession of leadership of the clan. Each Khan would marry a woman of a clan different than his own, and the first son of that union would be trained by the Khan to take his place. When the new son was mighty and strong he would challenge his farther to combat. If he killed him he would take the throne, if not the next son in line would then be groomed to be Khan to challenge him again in combat. Khan Blastoid took as his wife a beautiful daughter of the leader of the Kanga clan and quickly went about making many sons, as he knew many would die by his sword before he himself fell.
695 AD- The Khan orders his eunuchs to study how to best exert and organize his power over the clans and the idea of feudalism slows starts to come into focus. The Khan learns that something called the Chicken Itza is build in a foreign land, which the Khan finds interesting as he is fond of chicken.
710 AD The Barbarians in the east built a new city on the ancient ruins of Thebes. Our Keshiks fall upon them like a rain of death but strange things happen. Our young warriors fight gallantly and win and our veterans of old wars fall. 2 columns of Keshiks die in the process of slaughtering 3 regiments or archers. But in the end the city burns. Little plunder (13 gold) is found. To the South east of hill on which PLVBLIVS exterminated the Egyptian people a new city is built. It is named PVBLIVS Fury in honor of that great leaders assault to clean this land of the Egyptian.

725 AD Ning-sha whipped its library. In the north the new Malinese city of Avhgrhost is destroyed as 3 regiments of Skirmers are trampled under the hooves of Keshiks. One column is lost. 1 column of Keshiks is ordered north to Peters lands, the others return home to keep the clans at peace
770 AD After peaking at activity near Timbuktu and seeing rebuilt elephant hunting camps and cow pastures our Keshick columns negotiates open boarders with Peter and moves in to scout his land, paying special care to note valuable resources such as copper and horses. 800 AD Khan Blastoid's fifth son challenges for the throne. By this point Khan Blastoid is old, his glorys of killing skirmishers long in the past and his bow is two slow to catch the quick young man with the steel sword. Yet still he smiles in pride as his son cleaves the sword through his chest and claims the throne.
All bow to Khan Kanga! May his enemies fear his steel wraith.
