Strategy Informer recently interviewed Phungus, creator of the Legend of Revolutions modpack for Civilization IV. Phungus talked about his modding experience, the tools he uses, working with other modders, and his plan for the modpack in the interview.

Legends of Revolution modpack is intended to simulate a "commercially viable" expansion pack, with new units added to improve unit progression and balance, and new concepts such as revolutions, barbarian civs, battles effecting national borders, and civil wars to improve gameplay. I never heard of this MOD till yesterday, I installed and played and so far I must say it's awesome work!! Absolutely loving it - definitley plugs any gaps that BTS mite have had Thankyou so much to all involved!
