Britian, from taiwan, has announced its support for Cixi and ferried The Empress to Shang Hai, where she proclaimed herself Empress of China, British forces now hold Shanghai and declare it land of Cixi, The British navy make sures that Taiwan and cixi is protected, while soldiers from Hong Kong fortify their positions and march northwards towards SHanghai, totalling about 25,000 men.
