You promised the Bremen Council - an illegitimate organizatyion claiming to be the government of Germany - to send a division and a half in an intervention against, amongst other, the legitimate German government as such represented by von Moltke. We demand that you remove those forces or receive von Moltke's agreement to presence of your troops.

Furthermore, Moltke officially confirmed that he plans to later resign in favor of Kronprinz Henrich Hohenzollern, who has the dynastic right to succeed to the German throne.

As for democracies, as Catherine the Great said, "republics start wars, monarchies preserve peace".

Otherwise, we have no way of knowing what kind of deal foreign nations, whether allied or not, make and thus there is no solid guarantee of our wishes being respected. Also by not notifying us of negotiations, we are not able to come up with reasonable compromises in any case of a conflict of interest, so peace negotiations should include the Polish Government.

The French foreign ministy has had to make the startling leap by declaring that the Russian Tsar is an unfit head of state. Reason bein is delusions of grandeur of the conservative function of government especially pertaining the disputable and highly dangerous hereditary monarchial system, and for delusions of the people of Germany who clearly do not support a return of a Kaiser who would be an extension of the Russian throne.

Thanks for telling. And you might be interested to know that I am not required to care about what infantile comments your government might make.

There is no real indication that the German people don't want Kronprinz Henrich to be crowned Kaiser. Furthermore, it would seem that French government likes to forget things that it previously said. It previously said that it wishes for Moltke to become Kaiser under a British constitution (and it apparently forgot about copyright ). Now it says that Germany must not have any Kaiser at all.

And finally, what the "people" want is not important. You must try to think outside of your "liberal" concepts and ideas. Kaiser's government is a lawful German government which was recognized internationally. Since the Kaiser abdicated in order for general Moltke to take over the provisional government, Moltke's government is the LEGITIMATE government.
