A flood in Rome causes major damage and wipes out parts of the newly opened Roman road. It unfortuantley will take a few more years to construct.

Did I misunderstand who split from whom? In that case, issue full formal apologies to whoever I invaded, execute some idiot generals and moron advisors and then invade the other country instead.
P.S. Sudan was never my capital. There was a province named SUD with a city in it earlier. Egypt started just under the AEGEAN sea. Put the capital there and name it Thebes (THB)

The great road had been flooded but as is the Roman way buliding to become more civilasted would contune. Also the ecomny would be explanded by buliding trading stations on the border of every country so that the Great Road of Imperial Rome would improve trade with other nations as well as inner Empire trade.
