Sub-screens don't resize, cannot scroll

I'm playing Civ 6 on my laptop, and it runs fine, but the sub screens are slightly larger than my resolution. For most of the screens that's fine, but for the Great Person screen, the scroll bar is off the bottom of the screen. Since the screen can't be repositioned, and there are no keyboard scrolling controls, is there any way to fix this, or a UI mod with a bigger scroll bar? Any work-arounds would be appreciated.
