Sub T200 science victory - do you think it's still possible?

Hope not, Sci-vic has been too easy and gamey...... I also hope the game is increased with ca 10% more turns.......

Hopefully not. But if RA's and GS won't get nerfed - sure. DoF requirement is not impressive. Currently to achieve sub 200 win you need to stay friendly with everybody and max out RA's. You can do it with DoF's or without them. Negative modifiers for befriending somebody's enemy will probably be mitigated by less negative modifiers overall and their decaying over the time. Techs perquisites issue is solved by signing couple of early RA's which is not necessary now.
Two things that should be addressed are bulbing parties and median exploits. No info about that, unfortunately.

One thing I feel rather strongly about G&K and SVC is, it's somewhat a nerf to Babylon since they won't be getting universities as quickly, and the lack of an early game method to up the BPT aside from plopping an academy from the writing GS. On the other hand Korea still has that early-game flexibility - temple specialists +2 beakers, NC/GL/lib extra beakers.

Of course, religion I believe works to both's advantage, but again Korea seems to have wider choices that synergizes with its UA. Messenger of the Gods (pantheon), Interfaith Dialogue (founder), Feed the World or any follower belief that involves specialists. If it's still possible to get a sub T200 SVC in G&K maybe Korea still has a shot. Though I'll stress this is just IMO, I don't profess to know everything though.
