Suggest me some settings and self-imposed rules to improve my Warmongering

My recommendations: make of half of your cities cottage clusters to support a ginormous war machine, make the other half unit pumps. Some heuristics to follow: never give in to any demands or requests, except open borders. Having open borders with everyone will generate lots of ill will towards you, which you can compound when you refuse to stop trading with someone. Found your own religion, adopt Theocracy and avoid spreading it to others. Being a heathen will make you quite unpopular. Follow these self imposed rules, and you won't have to declare war on anyone, they'll come to you!

Not me. I would run a FE so every city has the potential for far better production.

AGGRESSIVE AI + pangea map. no units = you die.

other than that, maybe make 1 out of every 3 city a production one but dont build any wonders. zero.

Some ways to get into the habit that I know of:

Limit your buildings to granaries and barracks, drydock (although you likely won't be getting to a drydock if you're doing things right).

As said before, play Pangaea and use a warmonger.

Prince players tend not to be in shape for spamming farms everywhere and the micro implications that go along with doing so.

By the way, since you're using the term, I'm assuming the OP is aware of what it implies? Name one output methodology that does not rely on food that can actually be exercised in the early game!

At least tell him how many cities he should specialize each way, or do you really mean to tell him he should farm every non-special tile that can't be mined?

I mean, I guess he could just go marathon and spam warriors, but other than that?

I don;t know about all these ratios of cities everyone is putting up.

I say just go with what the terrain gives you in terms of what a city can do.

Try and leverage that into something good. If you need production then find some type of economy that will work for that land and leader.

If you are not whipping units, ask yourself "Why am I not whipping units?", then whip some units. :p

Maybe because I'm drafting units? ;)

What about the extreme combination of Drafting+Whiping+Buying which needs the combination of Nationalisim+Slavery+Unversal Saffrage. I was crazy enough to try this combination once.
I often do.
Draft riflemen in globe city.
whip border cities for either more units or basic infra for captured cities
buy canons anywhere

If they don't ask they already know or don't care to ask which implies they don't want to learn.

or don't dare to ask, because feeling dumb is not very pleasant.

Tantamount to no desire to learn :)

It's a simple matter of choice =P

i want to learn. how does a farm economy work?

i'm guessing it's all about increasing production and then cash from conquering and demanding.

I second that, what is a farm economy?

1. Build farms.
2. Whip units.
3. Capture enemy cities.
4. Goto #1

It only works on lower levels, but it's the most efficient way to clear those levels.

For early rush - build a stack of 10+ units (axe or chariot) -> Whack someone.
Later build a stack of 20 units, including 10 siege -> Whack someone else.

In each case at least half your cities must build units until war is over.

Also are you razing enough cities? Only keep the cities you absolutely need. Don;t pay the maintenance costs for an outlier city that the AI was too dumb to build in the first place.

Raiding for deficit research is also an effective way to justify an army if need be while also choking a threat.

A Woodsman warrior running around an enemy territory early can also be very powerful. even on Deity the AI can be dumb enough to send out workers for you. Especially if you keep razing useful improvements and they cant get anything more than archers.

Pangea.
Epic speed.
Noble level.
Always War.
Survive.
Win.
(You won't have time for wonders and unnecessary builds).
