I know only the main ones, the hits. But i would like to listen to other tracks of theirs, if they are good in your view.

Currently listening to A secret Place, which i am already fond of ;)

Reckoning Day
Addicted To Chaos
Dawn Patrol

springs to my mind...

Megadeth being my favorite band:

Architecture of Aggression (Countdown)
Set the World Afire (So Far...)
Kill The King (not sure what album)
Return to Hangar (The world needs a hero)
Blessed are the Dead (UA)
Washington is Next! (UA)
Anything from Rust in Peace really

were all good ones IMO that were not as well known, You may or may not have heard of some.

Wake up dead and Mechanix aren't that well known, but they surely are nice IMO.

Not that I'm aware, frankly.

BTW, I forget to mention Tornado of Souls and Lucretia, both from Rust in Peace.

Isn't Wake Up Dead like one of their biggest hits???

Using the word hit and Megadeth sounds strange to me. But if you are considering being popular on MTV or rock radio then yes. Wake up Dead was their first "hit" being their first video that they made (iirc).

I've always been fond of Rattlehead from their first album. Their first album lacks sound quality, but does have a few decent songs. Boots is a decent remake too. As for Peace Sells, I like the entire album. But be sure to check out Good Mourning/Black Friday along with Peace Sells.

Most of Rust in Peace is an awesome album. Holy Wars is probably the best of the bunch, but they are all good.

Agreed. Personally, I thought Hangar 18 was better, but that is just me.

Although this is a bit off topic, my avatar has been at several times the single cover of Holy Wars..The Punishment Due, I am taking a break from it now but it will return in February or March. I just had to say that her because it was a awesome looking avatar

I was kind of happy that Dave's injury didn't sideline him forever. Although I'm not sure of the status of it. I admit I stopped following Megadeth. I felt they sold out. I think the album was called Risk, and it was horrible. One of the worst CD's I have payed for. And then they did a song for WWF/WWE, I think it was called motocyco. Ugh. I'd rather forget that era of Megadeth.

Cryptic Writings was pretty good. I felt like they got some of their heaviness back they lost in the previous album, but like I said, then along came Risk.

Now move on to the System Has Failed. I'm not sure if that is their newest album, I don't really follow them much. But I was glad to see they got some heaviness back, and like I said, he didn't have to retire from music all together. I'm not sure how many lead parts he plays on the album, but I do like a few songs from that album. The best ones imho are Blackmail the Universe, Kick the Chair, and The scorpion.

As I climb onto your back, I will promise not to sting
I will, tell you what you want to hear and not mean anything
Then I, treat you like a dog, as I shoot my venom in
You pretend you didn't know, that I am a scorpion, oh

It's an awesome chorus part. I relate to it so much. Sometimes I thought to myself I'm a scorpion, and my girlfriend should know better than to mess around with me, because I will sting her. But as I found out, she's a scorpion too. :D. In fact, she was much more a scorpion than I was. :(

Cool song, check it out.
