As long as you're alive, you have a life. The judgemnets of others about your life don't ultimately matter. And your own judgements can change as you change or as you start to appreciate yourself.

Imagine a movie about your life. What would other people notice, perhaps even find beuatiful about you or your situation that you find mundane or sad?

You don't have to answer right away (if at all), just something to think about.
