The UAE Baynunah class of corvettes is based on the CMN Group's Combattante BR70 design. Six were commissioned betweeen 2011 and 2017
Doha class (or Al Zubarah-class) is a class of four planned corvettes built by Fincantieri for the Qatari Emiri Navy, two of which were expected to be commissioned in 2021.
The Korean
Pohang-class cold war general purpose corvettes, in commission since 1984. Out of 24, 10 are still in service with the Korean navy. One has been torpedoed by the north, two have been transferred to Vietnam, one each to Egypt, the Philippines, Peru and Colombia.
The preceeding four
Donghae-class cold war coastal patrol corvettes were commissioned in 1983. Three were decommissioned and scrapped by 2011. One was transferred to Colombia, still in service.
Korean frigates:
The 10 ship Ulsan light guided missle frigate class entered service in 1981. Four remain in active service and two are in reserve.
The six
Incheon-class ships are coastal defense frigates that entered service from 2016.
The
Daegu class of guided missile frigates is based on the
Incheon-class. Eight Daegu-class ships are planned, two are in service, starting in 2018.
The three
Gwanggaeto the Great-class destroyers based on their displacement are classified by some as frigates. The class entered commission in 1998.
Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin class multipurpose destroyers were commissioned by the ROK navy in 2003. Six ships were launched by Hyundai and Daewoo in four years.
The
Sejong the Great-class destroyers are three Aegis guided missile destroyers of the ROKN which has deployed three ships since 2008. An option for three more was taken up in December 2013, expected from 2024 onwards.
The two Philippine Navy ships of the
Jose Rizal class are multi-role guided missile frigates, a modified variant of the
Incheon-class.
The
Bhumibol Adulyadej-class frigate is a modification of the
Gwanggaeto class for the Thai Navy. It differs with the addition of stealth features. One is active, one is postponed.
In 2001, Bangladesh commissioned a heavily modified
Ulsan-class frigate as the BNS
Bangabandhu.

Meko A200 family
The improved German MEKO A200 SAN Valour class for the South African navy includes four ships that entered service in 2006- 2007.
Two similar Meko A200AN Elradil class entered Algerian service between 2016- 2018.
Egypt ordered another six in 2019.

The Malaysian MEKO A100
Kedah (6, 2006-) and the Polish ORP Slazak "Silesian" (one, 2019- originally intended to be armed as a corvette) are classified as missile patrol ships .
The Brazilian MEKO A100
Tamandaré class will eventually include four ships, one is currently being built. The Brazilian Navy plans to order two more.
