[GS] Taskbar won't go away

I just got a new laptop and installed Civ6 and whenever I start the game it takes the full screen, except the windows taskbar with the windows icon, cortana, time, etc, does not go away. It doesn't really effect the game too much except I have click enter to select and option like save a game and I cannot scroll along the edge like I can on the other 3 sides.

Any ideas?

Try hiding the Taskbar. Put it back to normal after exiting the game.
