Wow. We miscalculated, I guess - we thought you guys could hold out.

I have to say, I didn't think it was possible for one civ to project enough power to take out another - I thought for sure it would take the combined resources of 2.

I hope they will be awhile before they are really useful, though each town is 4-7 gold and 0-4 beaker - everything produces 1 gold, at least, which is either a gold or a beaker, plus 4 gold saved from unit support + 1 specialist.

Well fighthing tanks with inf and losing all our core cities in 1 turn makes it hard to resist, had FREE brought another boat full of tanks they would have taken all our cities, instead of only half and it would have been done in 2-3 turns, instead of 7.

Well, the good news is we don't have to worry about getting a worthless diplomatic victory. We're going to try to build a spaceship. Maybe we can find another donut shaped world where GONG's culture can be resurrected. So, lend a hand and help us forge ahead toward the stars.

Well, Whomp has made it clear its just him and his dad, Butterball, left at the Babes and their forums have been deserted for a year. Me and Yilar at least thought it better to join an active team that actually discussed matters and still has a good chance of victory. Hope we can be of some help.

Btw--I'm not sure the other teams can know of Council's gifts to Gong. Maybe one tech to one of us, but Gong and the Babes were both close to researching flight and motors, anyway.
