haha, I'm not a big fan of the Egyptian thing but I like this one!

And for my own enjoyment, running with the Institutional interpretation:
Team name: ISIS
Leader: Senior Analyst
Civ Description: Institute for Science and International Security
Short Description: ISIS
Civ Adjective: Analysts

Maybe instead of Analyst we could do Senior Director, Chairman, or Supervisor?

I agree we need a team name. I guess we are with about 20 member so we won't find a name that will satisfy everybody. How do we get an wide supported name?

My personal inclination is still to go with ISIS, but the institutional interpretation, rather than the Egyptian one.

But a thought occurs to me - the goddess of simplicity inspired that first Isis.

We don't must make this decision now. In C4 you can allways change your name etc.

Perhaps we should decide first our wish, more SF, more Antik or fantastic?
I can live with any name.

It would be nice if we could also arrive at the civ names; but, as HUSch notes, it is not necessary.

I had an idea, what if we did a theme where we name cities based off of those in comics? For example, our capital is Metropolis and our main production/commerce city is Gotham City and we use that as our theme?

I don't know what civilization that would make us but I think thats a good theme to relate too and it can play well into city names and such.

I like this a lot! It gives us a rich source to draw from - we can name workers and soldiers after different characters... It's a great idea.

I also really like the whole superheros idea it opens up the floor to alot of creativity and comic relief i mean we could just start nameing cities after superheros Spidermandia or something, sorry i know its a horrible example and I probablt turned 5 people off the idea but spider-man is definatly the best
