i like shields too, but with the unitrange included in FfH it is not that easy to get early tier units with shields (think of axeman->bihanded, pikeman->bihanded, maceman->bihanded... etc..). but i think bannor could definitely get some shieldbearers 
And you can leave a message here if you (all) want a new graphic for a unit you think it definitely needs some. but keep in mind that for a big new model i am the wrong man, it has to be in the possibilities of nif editing and texturing...

The main reason why they shouldn't have big knockers is BECAUSE IT'S CHEESY AND NAFF! Who wants to conform to the standard fantasy/computer geek stereotype?

I feel I'm about to insite the wrath of this male dominated forum, but I gotta agree with sureshot.
I know. I was surprized too.
I think of the Dark Elves as Very sleek, and very trim. Like runners. The "rogue" stereo type. For personalities, I always think of the "best friend" girl in such and such a story line, while the big knockered blonde gets all the attention, the one with the wit, the charm, and the skill(z) is the one who gets far less attention. And naturally, many of us AS the audiance, note her far above the "proclaimed" main "babe". I want to look at a character because of her looks, instantly know that her mind is powerful. (This may seem controdictory, but there is psychology that deals with this seemingly inverse understanding of value-assessement).
Bigger breasts, usually for many people imply fewer brains. This is a stereotype that has no basis in reality, but MANY People still feel a slight tilt toward actually judging people in this way. Since this is A) fantasy, and B) completely visual (lack of genuine personalities in sprites), I suggest we embrace our psychology and stereotypes a bit, to give us the realm and desired outcomes we wish for.
Small breasted, bright eyes (whatever color screams "intelligent and scheming"), Dark skin and hair tones, and cat-like movements. Wry-Sexy-Evil.

EDIT: If we simply must have big breasted babes in this mod (I'm looking at you Grey Fox), Then i suggest that Doviello get some female love. (..er, some attention in design). Barbarian womens could be big breasted because our psychologies dont demand of the barbarian to be all that particularly intelligent or thoughtful. Other possibilities include the Lanun. Water = Irrigation/Fertility. Big Breasts note fertillity (miss-conception due to psychology), Therefore, the Pirate whenches should be blessed with buxom bussoms. Also the Belseraphs could be scanitly clad and heavily breastised - If needs of the Male Big-Boob Lobby prevail.
