[GS] temporary "+20% from modifiers" production ? [SOLVED]

I've had a "+20% from modifiers" production boost in ALL my cities for a few turns, and i can't figure out where that's coming from.
Tried to look for some answer on google and here on the forum but I can't find anything relevant.

I'm playing Kupe, Epic speed, Immortal difficulty, large map, R&F & GS.
I have no Rhur Valley, no Kilwa.
There was a Competition for sending Aid and an Emergency to liberate a city around the same time.

Could anybody help me understand ?

Sending aid should get a 20% bonus from being Hong Kong's suzerain like other projects.

What are your happiness levels?

happiness gives max +10% and it says "from amenities"

oh yes, it is the Warlord Throne which gives a 20% bonus of production to all cities during 5 turns after capturing a city.
I missed that, I don't usually build this one :/
