Mods, Supermods, Admins as the tools used by Thunderfall to implement his tyranny?

there should be a category for scenarios imo. one for historical and another for fiction/sci-fi. mods could be put into this category as well. but there are differences between mods and scenarios imo. many are misclassified too,i think. would be happy to help arrange the candidates for the scenarios since i've been around so long. one caveat though - would not want people 'voting' for mods/scenarios if they never played them. it would turn into a popularity contest if there were no guidelines for selecting all decade works. anyhow, i have a rough list in my head of the 'game changers' and would be happy to contribute at some point...
