We will get Monotheism in 18 turns from 70 BC.

The Science Ministry is sponsoring a game called Who Can Hold the Most Worthless Office? Here is how it will work: I will appoint a Deputy Minister of Science. He (or she) will have 48 hours to appoint an Assistant Deputy Minister of Science. The Assistant Deputy will then have 48 hours to appoint a Deputy Assistant Deputy Minister of Science, and so on. Please note that Assistant and Deputy alternate. If someone does not appoint a new subordinate within 48 hours, that person may be fired by me and the person "above" them must then appoint a new subordinate. Also, no person can hold multiple Science offices at once.
