This is the nomination thread for the office of Public Defender.

The Public Defender is a member of our judiciary, and is responsible for the defense of those accused of crimes.

To nominate a citizen for Public Defender, including yourself, post the name in this thread or PM me, Grant2004. Self-nominations are considered automatically accepted unless indicated otherwise. Citizens may only accept one nomination.

All citizens are encouraged to post questions to the nominees about their plans and qualifications for the office. Nominees are encouraged, but not required, to answer these questions.

The nominations thread will close by 1900 GMT on June 26th.

I self nominate, I have been away for a while but i want to get back involved, and until we have a foreign affairs office this is where i would like to be.

Unfortunately nominations were closed for a few hours before your post Nobody, I hate to have you not be the candidate, and thus the victor, by such a small margin, however I'd hate a judicial challenge to the election so I'm going to have to be picky. I'm certain that the new chieftain will appoint you and I fully endorse that appointment.
