This is the nomination thread for the office of Warlord.

The Warlord is the leader of our nation's military.

To nominate a citizen for Warlord, including yourself, post the name in this thread or PM me, Grant2004. Self-nominations are considered automatically accepted unless indicated otherwise. Citizens may only accept one nomination.

All citizens are encouraged to post questions to the nominees about their plans and qualifications for the office. Nominees are encouraged, but not required, to answer these questions.

sounds like one, especially sine he declined nomination for judge advocate because he was running for warlords

I can fight anyone, and like General Maximus, I am merely a loyal soldier serving the Empire. And for the Germans, I do it for pleasure.

If (when) we're at war, how detailed are your instructions likely to be? Will the DP have a lot of flexibility on tactics, or do you tend to script things out?

I will follow all polls on general war objectives (proceed this far, take this city, take that city, pillage and so on), but leave it to my discretion to handle this challenges. I will post proper instructions, which will cover the sequencing of attack (from a stack) tile positioning, procedures for rules of engagement and so on. DP will have of course some flexibility if the situation changes extremely, like a window of opportunity or some surprising setback.
I will handle such deviations by parameters, and if these parameters are broken, DP is given the flexicard.

Of course the war objectives will be polled. These objectives will be taken from the discussion, plus what I add.
