Terribly old!

My dad's not even 50, and he's always trying to act like he's old. I'd like to show him something like this, and say "get real, you're not old! You elderly wanna-be!"

Well, I plan to die at the tender age of 120, in a spectacular gunfight against my arch-nemesis over the ownership of South America. Given this day and age, I'd say 120 is a good number.

I plan on getting cryogenically frozen and then thawed out in the future, a la Futurama, when they have created a cure for getting old.

Heck, I'll just jump in a freezer á la Jasper on the Simpsons and have my clothes changed to keep up with the current trends. if I don,t I plan on leading a Marxist stae. :)

Hand How old are you?

Just wondering

Yes, getting Youthasized. Just don't fall into the Fountain of Aging.

I f I live to the year 2100, I will be 112.

Really? I'd be 111!

That's assuming there wil still be a planet in 100 years.

Our good friends in the USA may choose to hit the red button!

For a moment there, I was wondering how someone would introduce the USA into this thread.

Retired for 65 years. Mmmmm. I think I'd better start early.

I'd like to know more specifically what his diet entails. Got to be more than just 'bread'. Surely there must be some kind of local mineral deposit that has boosted his health and longevity. What ever he's doing / his circumstances, it should be well-documented and studied, and a blueprint should be fomulated from the results of that study, for the rest of us to follow.

Hey, just a joke! ;)

Back on topic:
One of my neighbours lived to 105!

I think it's a scam. The guy lives with thirty odd family members and they're dirt poor. So when Great grandad died, let's imagine it was twenty odd years ago, they get gerat uncle Jim to impersonate him so they still get the pension. I never trust these stories about 100+ yr old nomads. If anyone could live that long with such a rudimentary lifestyle then people in the West would be doing it all the time. We have better health care and diets.
