Sorry, this is a test post, you can delete it.
The poll creation isn't very intuitive :(

However, can you tell me before:

- is it possible to create polls with multiple questions or with sub-answers?

- where can i create polls about all civ games?

Unfortunately it isn't possible to create polls with multiple questions or sub-answers. Sometimes it's possible to de facto use two or three questions. For instance, if you wanted to have two questions, "Did you prefer Civ3 or Civ4?" and "Do you like Civ5?", you could have four answers to cover all possibilities ("I prefer Civ3 and I do not like Civ5", "I prefer Civ4 and I like Civ5", etc.), but obviously that stops working fairly quickly with more than two or three questions or more than two or three possible answers per question.

There isn't really one definitive place for polls about all civ games. Sometimes they are posted in multiple Civ fora (ex. posting it in both Civ3 General Discussions and Civ4 General Discussions) to try and reduce overall bias or at least be aware of how biased the results might be, and every so often you'll see one in Off Topic as it's hoped that Off Topic may be more representative of players of all the Civ games than any one Civ forum. But it's kind of wherever you think would work best. If you do try Off Topic, it might get moved by a moderator to one of the Civ fora (which won't get you banned or anything like that), but it probably won't if you explain in the first post that you're putting it there to try to reduce biases, and you don't put Civ polls there all the time. Putting polls on multiple iterations of the Civ series in more than one fora also may result in one being closed as technically you aren't supposed to put a thread in more than one fora, but that's one of the unofficial exceptions to that rule, and as long as you don't do it all the time (and you make sure there isn't already a poll on the same topic in the first few pages), it probably won't be a problem.

Note that I'm not a moderator, just going on what I've seen in my time here.

Thanks Quintillus for the answer :)

It's a pity that the poll options are so limited.
In my opinion, they could be very interesting if well made.

I'll try to post a poll inside CivV subforum with 2 fake questions with multiple answers and see how it works.

EDIT: no, maybe it cannot work. The combinations would be too many (at least 58 only for the normal 5 games) and too difficult to read.
I'd like to see the results about the "Best Civ game" poll, but each choice should depend on how which games one has played!

Example results with fake votes:
I've played only to Civ 1,2 and the best is 2 ---------------10 votes
I've played only to Civ 2,3,4 and the best is 3 ---------------50 votes
I've played only to Civ 1,2,4,5 and the best is 5 -------------40 votes
I've played only to Civ 1,2,4,5 and the best is 1 -------------5 votes
I've played only to Civ 4,5 and the best is 5 -----------------70 votes
I've played only to Civ 2ac,4exp,5 and the best is 2ac -------5 votes
I've played only to Civ 3,4revo and the best is 3 -------------10 votes
..etc..
