The advantage of a Monarchy

What to do with countries whose Dynasty has died out? For example Bosnia...the Kotromanić are all dead (thank you oh dear liberating turk bastards).
Historically, you just find some German toff who doesn't seem to be doing anything else at the moment and give the job to him. (Not French toffs, though, that never ends well.)

It's a monarchy. The best part is when it ends.

Nah, the best part is just after it ends. It was Citizen Capet who climbed the wooden steps, remember. :mischief:

The closest ties would be Hungarian (Capetian House of Anjou) but I think they are all dead. The next closest living family would be Habsburg (but its a long long line to that)

Wat?

Yes, they did changed laws to extend Kekkonen's presidency. He even dissolved parliament several times.

Or they did they work to ensure a virtual one-party, one-leader state and crack down on teh gayz?

Wut? I'm sure you do not know any other Russian politicians. But do you really consider Putin and Medvedev to be one person? Reptiloid conspiracy?
