OK i got the Immigration mod to work, but i just cannot get this Agriculture mod to work with AND? Now i have gotten a Prehistoric AND (see sig) and it isnt working.
There has to be something wrong with your Config or python for this mod, i think.
I think being able to plant your own crops and make resources is a good ideas. If you get a poor placement for your cities to start on you can create your own resources that you can then sell to raise needed gold or trade for resources that you don't have. It also gives the player more control over their economy and what they produce.
Yes, I know about restrictions. The problem is the Wheat icon doesn't show up, see the screenshots. It's weird that it works for you but doesn't work for me.Btw, does the AI plant anything else than corn?
The attached file shows that the wheat is available to plant. I suggest reinstalling the mod.
I tried reinstalling and even tried to use the WoC Version, but I simply can't plant any wheat with my workers.
The button simply just doesn't show. Rice and corn work fine, and the wheat button appears in the Civilopedia and the tech-window, but not for the worker to select
I installed the normal mod an also merged everything in my mod but wheat just simply doesn't appear.
I have a suggestion for this Modcomp, OrionVeteran; planting a particular crop requires the corresponding resource. For example to plant Corn, you must have a Corn resource (you need a source of seeds to plant after all.....)
Also, as a balance, maybe add a Crop failure event?
The wheat button will not appear unless you have a source of water on the plot. Put a river next to the plot with world builder and see if that works.
I found the problem:
The commentary in the .xml-files messed it up. After I deleted all the "Ag(g)riculture Mod"-Commentary wheat appeared again.
Now the last problem I got is that the resources are not shown in the city or trade screens and only show up graphically on the terrain and not on the map as ressources.
I think the problem is that building a farm on the resource destroys the resource? And does not harvest it like intended.
Do you know which line I have to change in the eventmanager to tell the mod to not destroy it?
