Are you referring to Deguello the "please surrender so we don't have to kill you," bugel tune that Santa Anna used to play?
I think Wolfshanze has Santa Anna fever.

Hmm, so its probably the same idea with the collar then you think?
EDIT: BTW Ekmek, you said you did or did not do the arms already? (the forearms and bicep thing)

Wait a second; you want me to make a Patrick Stewart leaderhead?
May I ask for what possible reason you would need this?
I never said I wouldn't do it, I just wanted to know what it is for. If it is just an LH of Patrick Stewart I can make Patrick Stewart, if it is for Star Trek I can try and make him look like a Star Trek guy. I am not angered or upset, its simple; if I don't know what it is for I won't know how to make it look.
I prefer to use the literal translation of Deguello... slit throat. Are you referring to Deguello the "please surrender so we don't have to kill you," bugel tune that Santa Anna used to play?

I wouldn't worship it... but I would have it buried with full military honors.I think we should watch him. He might just chop off his own leg and start worshipping it!
STOP... Deguello time.Man, this Pharaoh just does not want to work!...
Man, this Pharaoh just does not want to work! I did everything concerning the Armbands and Collar correctly (I think at least), I did all of the arms correctly and everything. So I go into NifSkope to do the swap, first thing I notice is that the collar and beard are not colored-in, but I figure I can go back to that later (all of the art is there, I checked) and decide to see if I can do the NifSwap again. This time I got the error (again), and I also noticed when I swap the beard over it is located too far up on the guy's chin (I don't know if it is that apparent in the image I attached). Here is an image and my "2ndTry" files if you want to look at it again. Somebody help me! This LH is becoming my white whale so to speak!
The last blend I made for this is called "EverythingConnectedDone.blend" and the last nif I exported is called "Pharaoh.nif"

ok, first thing in the "EverythingConnectedDone.blend " everyhing is NOT connected. The beard hasn't been joined to the head object. the collar looks right. but the arm bands are joined but not assigned to either forearm. The error you get is because i think when export something that is not rigged to anything it throws off the branches.

One more thing though; what do I have to do to get the art on the beard and collar to show up again? Convert the dds to TGA or something? Before I reskin him I am going to put up some screens of him with three possible backgrounds and ask everyone to vote on which one they prefer. I like to involve people in my work as much as possible, because I think it results in a better finished product.
