The Child of the Enlightenment: America RFC DoC AAR

Hi there. I realize I have a track record of keeping up with my stories, but I plan to keep this one till the very end, even if it takes years.

Following on Kaitzilla's advice to me, this will not be an interactive AAR, but any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. The goal is to complete as many of the UHV goals as I can and generally flourish. I know people want to see an AAR where someone fails, but it's no fun if you fail all the time either, and, well, I suck at CIVto begin with.

I've already started, but am not to far in. Also, expect to see some failures to begin with.

I'll probably make some recommendations but I'll probably be corrected on every front by the more experienced/better players here so I wouldn't put too much faith in my recommendations.
