Personally whenever I close my eyes I can see the promotion notification flashing for mechs in the bottom right side of my vision. Anything weird happening to you guys?

Loosing weight. I think to myself "I'll make a sandwich in a minute, just got to secure this part of the continent first". 5 hours later I wonder why I'm getting a headache. "Oh yeah, food."

Hahaha I'm the same way. I'll say I'm going to leave when I take the Russians and then a world war breaks out and I'm there for the next 6 hours

I had a dream about the real-world ramifications of tech-blocking metallurgy in order to build a spaceship

Sometimes when i pick a real celery off the fresh veggies counter in my local food store... i almost can see resources icons (wheat, green apples).
Must be an illusion or some memory imprints that transit into true vision under normal morning sleepiness.
The other day - i denounced one of my neighbors on his NHL Hockey finals bluff.
Even my G110 keyboard keys turn red when a war starts... once Peace finally happens, back to blue or Magenta! :D

But nothing beats this;
I keep sipping cold coffee and i hate that lips feeling unless someone yells gently from another room in the house. ;)

I would have dreams at night where the map grid would be turned on and superimposed over my dreams

Using as many tech and wonder quotes as possible in everyday life!

Also, trying to mimic to the annoyed verbal of foreign speaking civ leaders when i'm annoyed at people! "Certo non!!"

This

Nothing of that happens to me, but as a factory worker I rather want my windows and doors look a bit more hexagonal, than square.

My boss didn't approve! :(

Hallucinating my entire future life from a top down perspective, with all the choices and options laid out in a civ grid with percentage chances of success... (it was Civ4!)

I CANNOT get the d*mn CiV version of America the Beautiful out of my head...aaaaarrrrrrrgggghhhhh!!! ;)

This, and fearing to attack anything in any other game because I'm not sure of there numbers and I get no chance of success to ease my fear. :crazyeye:

EDIT: Also, recently I was at church and while helping fill the cups with juice I subconsciously put them in a hex grid formation...

The same as playing Civ2-4,SMAC and X-COM - virginity.

Couldn't get any answer better than this one.
It goes for any addicting game though, for me it's dota.
fatigue, bitterness, depression in grades
yeah

Speaking of bitterness, DotA and WoW have definitely lowered my tolerance IRL for incompetent colleagues. :|

I definitely had the soundtrack from Civ1/2 stuck in my head while trying to fall asleep on more than a few occasions back in the day.

Thinking that I'm awesome at strategy games and can play comfortably in Civ games on Immortal.
