WAR!
After intense negotiations, the Viking Empire delcared a state of war with the New United Fanatican Kingdom. According to several sources, the final declaration came when Fanatican ambassadors refused to hand over gold to the Vikings. Immeadiately after the declaration, Fanatican troops were sent into an area where it was believed the Vikings had built a settlement.
On a more updated related note, this settlement, Roskilde, was found. A few minor skirmishes occured, after which a Fanatican diplomat 'convinced' the residents to overthrow their Viking oppressors and pledge alligence to Queen Jayne the Fanatica. Word has it that top officials wish to stunt the grow of the community, so it's residents may be moved to another, more desirable, location.
Queen Jayne announces abdication
In a shocking announcent, Queen Jayne has announced that she will leave the NUF thrown. Across the kingdom, people were shocked at the announcement. "I owe every doughnut I've ever had to her!" said a local peasent.
A movement has begun across the kingdom to send doughnuts to their beloved queen, as a show of thanks.
In late breaking realted news, it appears that the Queen is not completely retiring from politics. She will be running to become Fanatica's first female Royal Five-Star General.
