While reading the PC gamer review I saw this little bit of information:
The freedom to pursue multiple victories—domination, scientific, cultural, diplomatic or simply running out the calendar with the highest score—combined with the wide range of interesting faction bonuses and unique units makes it almost endlessly replayable.

Please tell me that this time limit can be turned off. I want the game to end when I want it to damnit!
Also, is this like Civ 4 where you have the option to keep playing even after someone has won a victory even though you technically don't score any points anymore?
