Hey Hardvark, welcome to the Hawk-Dove Party! Its great to see a new member involved. From what I read, I think you represent the party's view of peace via superior forces well and will make a great addition to our team!

Just thought we could use some type of party banner or logo.;)

Just ignore the second page. woops.

Thats pretty good! I don't know how you plan on using it for anything, but it will serve the purpose whereever it is applied!

it looks like you have a good party here, and i regret i cannot join at this time, but as a word of advice, once your party grows have elections for the positions you give out, as it adds interest, and in my first party, the Destiny Party, I just gave out the positions and interest eventually waned enough that I had to allow my party to be absorbed by the IIP, so thats just some advice. Maybe in the future i'll join, but as of now my hands are full! :goodjob: Nice Party:goodjob:

thanks for the tip swissempire. Join in whenever you have the time.:goodjob:

And I was thinking about using the banner during elections and stuff. Who knows, people might join cause they get attracted by pretty things.

Very well then Bengeance! Welcome to the Hawk-Dove Party!

Feel free to post suggestions or whatever you need answered.

Also I feel it is necessary to announce the news of the corrupt election to our party. You can find it in http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=152528 the link provided.

It has some controversial statements on the recent elections, and our own party member and President Alphawolf. Don't jump to conclusions, yet, for we first as people who should be nonjudgemental, should first presume innocence before guilt.

I just thought you should all know.

You have to have a certain admiration for someone who will (allegedly ;) ) go to such lengths just to avoid losing a vote. This is why democracy gives you such a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

Now, to quote our party leader, don't jump to conclusions, but it is pretty suspecious that Alphawolf hasn't posted since the 1st.

You're right, we shouldn't jump to any conclusions. For all we know Alphawolf's pc could have given up on the 1st (probably under the strain of maintaining all those identities  ).

This is just a hypothetical question, but I know what feeling warm is like, but what is fuzzy? Usually fuzzy reminds me that I'm about to throw up or something.

That's the effect that democracy has on me as well!

Just to be serious for a moment (for which I apologise :D ) - what is the purpose of this party? I'm not really sure what the Game of Democracy is. I was lured from the general discussions forum by the appeal of this party's philosophy and joined up on an impulse. Do I need to do anything else to be a useful party member? I've had a quick look on the Game Of Democracy forum and there was something about registering as a citizen. Is this something that I should/need to do?
