What is the most unhealthy meal in the world? Not a meal merely where you eat more of a substance but a standard sized meal.

Ok to clarify what is the most unhealthy dish? I know there are tons of stuff way more unhealthy than a standard meal at most fast food places. Im looking for really bad foods.
