Yes. Every civ has several age of power units that only they can make that come along at a certain point. While Persia's age of power is the ancient era, the Byzantine is in the early medieval, the Americans is in the late industrial and early modern and the Japanese is in the future.

Also i have some questions about your holly book wanders. They all have the same effect, so why do you need them all? Just for diversity?
 
Well the holy book wonders are significant wonders and the thing is, if you don't build one of them, there's another chance to build one. And the point really isn't that they'd all be built by one civilization, although I suppose that can happen. Also, I think it'd be sort of 'wrong' to give one holy book more authority than another by making it signifanctly better. While these holy books do give off different buildings, that is mainly based on their time period, not their authority.

And from the looks of things, you're either on an easy difficulty, or way too good at civ. ;D
 
Well alright then. I think I'll just build one next time)

Of course i am on easy difficulty. I mean... I've been playing this game since it was released, that's 9 years now), but i newer went higher than something about medium. From my point of view very hard difficulty ruins all the fun. I am neither a hardcore player nor a masochist) I beg i could play on a difficult, but that's not my way) Most people don't agree with me but that's just how i feel)

I will be able to make some screens when i get to the industrial era and the modern age, so I'll upload some more if you want.

I've always wandered if it's possible to add building bridges(or maybe tunnels) and channels as worker's actions. What do you think?
 
You cannot add more worker actions. It's unfortunate, but it's the way it is.
I play normally on Monarch, so that's sort of what I think the mod should be played at, but if you can play it on a different difficulty and like it, then that's absolutely great too.
And more screens would be great, if you wouldn't mind! =D
 
Well i don't think you mean impossible, it just will imply an enormous amount of work. But that's equals impossible)

What difference does the difficulty makes? I mean relatively to your mod. You said it was meant to be played on the monarch or something.
 
It's not meant to be played on Monarch. I just play it on Monarch, that's really all I'm saying.
 
I've go some more questions. First, i found some empty technologies which doesn't really do anything, like the Border control or the Thermodynamics. Are they really necessary? Or it is just not finished civilopedia entries?
Second, if you are going to upgrade cavalry into tanks, why those are the tanks, that appear only in the modern age?
And another one, why the titanium is a strategic resource if none of the units or buildings uses it?
 
Well the empty technologies are required to get to other techs. They're meant to be empty. They may not be neccesarily necessary but I want them there, so there. =P
Um... what? Sorry, what d'you mean with teh cavalry and tank thing?
And is Titanium really not required for anything? Oh, I meant to have some stuff. That'll be patched. Thanks.
 
Well OK than)
As the civilopedia states the Cavalry unit(unlike other kinds of cavalry) upgrades to the Fast battle tank. That's a bit weird.
No, it's not. Not a single thing.

Oh, sorry for that, I've checked now and i see you've made too different lines for tank and cavalry and both of them has Laser tank at the end. Than it's probably OK)
But pay attention to that:
Frigate 2/2/5
Trireme 2/1/3

Cruiser 15/10/6 Range attack - 7
AEGIS Cruiser 15/10/7 Range attack - 6
How lame is that? There is the whole era between them and practically no difference.

Just for the record, i am not criticizing) In generally i like your mod)
 
Don't worry, it's constructive criticism, and everything you're saying is being taken into accord and stuff will be changed in patches and later releases to match. I'm nothing but thankful to you.
 
What you should do is make an industrial age upgrade of cavalry. They stay unupgraded fo more then an era. That can't be right. I myself think that the middle of the medieval era is a bit early for Cavalry. It may be replaced with something (Dragoon or whatever) and Cavalry(more powerful) moved to the Industrial era. And also tanks(all of them) are very slow to my mind.

Another thing. In the industrial era almost all the buildings that increase the shield production become obsolete and the only thing that appears instead is a factory and a power plant. And the shield production they increase is actually a bit lower than the bonus, given by all the buildings that become obsolete. As a result in the middle of Industrial Era the shield production is lover than in the end of the middle ages and the beginning of the industrial era. That is illogical, stupid and frankly sucks ass.
 
Whew! Opinion can be rough. My Babylonian Debug game,(w/o Babylonian Light Javelinman) still has a glitch or two more. 1) Babylonian Javelinman has a line on his left side. 2)Palace of Minos and Temple of Solomon where not buildable by my civ. 3)FNF "Art\Units\Veles\Veles.INI". What is a Veles? Hope I found it in Sandris Rome sweet Rome unit pack.
 
Here comes another thing. From my personal point of view the amount of shield that is given by desert, fores, hills and mountain should not be the same. If it's one for desert, then i should be 2 for hills and forest and 3 for mountain. That's my logic. Actually this thing was in that another mod which name i don't remember and i liked it that way.

If you have a Science leader when you enter Modern Age the game quits because of the missing files in the Hawking directory.

Another lame thing. Nanotechnology is the 4!!! technology to research in the Moder age. It makes available the last in line tank unit(laser tank). That's considering that Synthetic Fibers(Modern Armor) and Tank Revolution(Fast Battle Tank) can be left behind, but they are the technologies, that allow units which are lower than the Lase Tank.

And make some health bonuses for industrial and modern units. Tanks, having the same amount of health as swordsmans are also lame.
