Oz will definitely be attending, for the state of world affairs has given the PM a colossal headache. Due to the presence of territories and citizens all over the globe, a large variety of alcoholic beverages will be available!
We know it seems odd to assume alcohol will alleviate a headache, but Parliament has decided that a hangover is less painful than trying to make sense of the current world order's chaos.

While Korea agrees that Coruscant seems focused towards forwarding the inequality between rich & poor, thus harming social order and reducing the standard of living, we disagree that Xinjiang is doing a better job at living up to communist principles.
"Democracy". No word less compatible with social justice has ever been spoken, except perhaps "Stalin". Call it what it is: Mob rule. The only Law must be the State's, and the State must take care of all the people.
Coruscant's internal politics is based on those who own many goats and oppress those who own few, that much is true. But you aren't protecting your workers. In fact, I'm surprised anything ever gets done in Xinjiang with a 2 PM curfew. The State must care for all the people with a gentle hand, a bandage for every wound, bread for every hungry mouth, and a spear for every enemy.
EDIT: We'll bring Sake. And Vodka.

This year, the world census in the civilised world has reached new quotes of population growth, totalling 77.99 million people. At the top, there’s India with 3,610,000 people, is followed by Xinjiang, with 3,440,000 people. The most densely populated country, with 152,000 people per province, is Korea, while the least dense populated is Coruscant, with a mere 42,241 people per province.

Going at properly economic matters, the world’s powerhouse is still Xinjiang with 491 basic income. It’s followed at distance by Oz and Finland, in the 350s, then India and Hawai’i in the 340s.
Graphs show that after the sudden crack of the New Pound with the dissolution of the Cinque League, it’s starting to raise again after World powers are adopting it.

Do you even know what a mixed economy is? The Republic is not based on rich capitalist nor are we oppressing the people, Get your facts straight before you start throwing the Capitalist Card around willy nilly. There is no inequality between the rich and the poor. Everyone in the Republic has a fair shot at achieving success.
We protect our own citizens thank you very much. We just don't use a sledgehammer on a nail the way the Xings did. Out of all of the Comiterm and/or socialist nations, Angola comes out as the most reasonable nation to talk with.

Hanna, after having a civil discussion with the leader of Angola in a video conference. She was then called on by the Xings and Korea with accusations of being a "Capitalist defender and oppressing the people". Hanna's brow starts to form a frown and began to address her cabinet.
"Who the hell does the Xinjiangs and Korea think it is?!" Hanna turned sharply to her Secretary of State and slams her hand onto her desk. Many of her cabinet members including Tifa looked to each other with worry. "They ring up my video phone like they had an V.I.P. invitation, and falsely criticism this Republic with their empty propaganda!". "But Madam Chancellor," Tifa offered, "Their words are meaningless anyway." Hanna, unbotteling a bottle of Corellian Ale replies back to Tifa "I know that," Hanna said as she pours Corellian Ale into a glass of ice, "It's the principle of the thing. I can tell a bully when I see one, even if it's consist of a big dog and a me too duo." Hanna takes a drink of her Corellian Ale and takes a deep breath. "They act like they're Red Chinese... Their leadership mainly consist of Turks." Hanna then places her hip on her desk "This is why I give the Angolians respect, they civilly came forward to me about the issue at hand and we both discussed it as civil adults." Hanna takes a last sip of her Corellian Ale and sets the empty glass on her desk "The Xinjiangs act like illinformed children, even a mere embargo against them and they run around with a bloody hatchet screaming 'Y U EMBARGO ME!?'." Tifa soon elaborates on the Xinjiangs status in the world "Madam Chancellor, the Xinjiangs are a superpower." Hanna shot back "Only in terms of economic power, and even the Comiterm are getting tired of the Xinjiang's childish actions by only allowing them entry as an economic member." Hanna then takes her seat behind her desk "The Xinjiangs and their 'Me-too' client haven't even bothered to understand our own domestic policies, let alone our history. We protect our citizens, not just the rich. Half of the industry is government owned and operated, including the Republic Railroad." Hanna leans to her Cabinet and points her finger at her desk "What the Xinjiangs and the Koreans don't understand is that we worked our fingers to the bone to build this nation. We had nothing but the contents inside of Vault 44 to build this Republic up from the ruins of the Cataclysm. Everyone, from the poor and the rich helped built this Republic from the ashes of the Old World." Hanna leans back in her chair "It's an insult and a slap to the face to the Republic to assume were like the Capitalists of the Old World." For a few moments, she sat still. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm sorry; this is all irrelevant to the issue at hand." "It's prudent to be wary of the storms in East Asia, ma'am," said Tifa Lockhart.
Rubbing her temples, Hanna opens up a letter from India of an invitation of the Coalition of Non-Aligned Countries. "This is something we should consider." Tifa, confused asks the Chancellor the reason why "The world is slowly dividing itself up into Capitalist and Communist alliances. We hold friendly ties with Angola, Hawai'i, and the 501st. Even the Scotireland is showing it's colors on the friendly side." The Secretary of State adds in his concerns "Isint India part of the League?" Hanna responds with "Yes, but it does not mean that they can form a Non-Aligned Countries Coalition. If the Xings keep their noses clean, well be in that coalition."

Ugh. I would like to invite all countries not members of the Comintern or the League to unite in a Coalition of Non-Aligned countries. This should be only a defensive pact between the nations.
I see everyone forgot about the Warsaw Pact of Neutral Nations. Not related at all to the historical Warsaw Pact.
