We're posting this in thread to inform the international community of our reasoning.

Due to us being a NGO, we really do not have proper recourse when it comes to international affairs. However, due to our very heavy trade policy focusing on states in Africa, your embargo of the Kongo may or may not result in severe supply disruption. As such, the declaration of war is a declaration intent that we will take active measures against Chinese Africa through legal international bodies and multilateral actions on (or rather, by) byhalf of our supporting client states which may include, but may not be limited to, economic sanctions through the UN or unilaterally to military air strikes to full military intervention until the situation is resolved.

We seek for Chinese Africa to reintegrate itself with the international trade community and to do this, Chinese Africa must prove to the world that it is turning over a new leaf even in the face of international hostility caused by the Nuclear Incident between the Chinese government and Hawaii.

The Kongo is only maintaining a trade policy that existed before the Chinese government was self-exiled to Africa. We can't expect states to reverse trade policy on the drop of the dime but we can expect states not to create hazardous trade policy that will trigger regional pricing wars.
