And, I just noticed something. There is no Poland, so war is averted anyway.

The Papal States suggests that Kongo gets on with its life and patiently rebuilds. This whole nuclear war thing was most unfortunate, and it should be clear that peace is necessary to allow the world to rebuild and recover after this event. Kongo in fact shows itself to be an immoral state by perpetuating conflict, most especially against a state that his for all intents and purposes ceased to exist as a substantial force in world politics.
Rebuild, Recover, perhaps send some settlers into the Angolan wastes once the radiation clears up. The benefits of peace far outweigh war, especially considering certain states may get involved if Kongo starts intruding in European affairs.

Korea finds that it has very definite opinions on the idea of nations part of the Warsaw Pact at the time of Partitionania's strategic assault sending settlers into regions cleared by Pact Partitionanian WMDs. If they did, it would seem that this would be a calculated move using Partitionanian warheads to increase their territory.

The rebels win, wiping out all government planes and losing 84 of their own.

This year of the war has killed 648,000 Tibetans.
Democracy has been restored to Tibet, but the nation has been crippled by the long civil war - Death toll is now 30,000 civilians and 2,076,000 soldiers.

Wuhan is now outnumbered three to one - Mongolia has also joined the anti-Free Chinese forces. This is strange, given that it has nothing to do with the Papacy, but the Shanghai and Wuhan governments aren't complaining about extra help.

The death toll stands at 1,520,000 Wuhanese, 690,000 Shanghaiese, 100,000 Mongolians just for this phase of the war alone.

The rebels kill 50 armies but are wiped out. Democracy dies in the East yet again.
Total death of the Wuhanese civil war:
2,540,000 Wuhanese soldiers and 842,000 Shanghai soldiers. 380,000 Chinese civilians have also been killed. 150,000 Mongolian soldiers.

I like how Kongo raised a massive fuss about losing 3 provinces when I'm literally a land locked one province minor.
